Happy 2025! A new year brings new opportunities to come together and celebrate our shared passion for Mercedes-Benz. As we embark on another exciting year, I want to take a moment to reflect on some recent changes within our club

I hope everyone has a fantastic end to 2024 and is excited about the promise of 2025!

R129 Fuse Box

How Could I Be this Stupid? Oh the Fuse Confusion. Sometimes you do something incredibly dumb, not realizing it at the time. Sometimes it costs a lot and inconveniences your friends and relatives too. Sometimes it even causes you to waste your most precious commodity, time. I did this; I thank the folks that helped me get through the predicament I created, and I will now confess how I screwed it...

Convertible Top Issues – Again. Different car this time – a 2002 CLK55 Cabriolet A208. A somewhat simpler arrangement than on an R129, with only 7 hydraulic cylinders compared to the 11 or 12 on the 129. This car also has a bypass on the hydraulic pump that you are supposed to open to manually operate the trunk. Thankfully I have not had too many issues with this top, but the latest one gave me...
