MBCA-NTX Christmas Party - Friday, Dec. 13, 2024

The North Texas Section of the Mercedes Benz Club held their annual Christmas Party at the Doubletree Hotel this year and 45 members attended the event.  While it was a cold, rainy and windy evening, the party was held inside with a warm Christmas setting.  We had the annual slide show with the activities from the year on the screen with Christmas music. The entertainment was from the Lovejoy High School Choral who gave a great show with Christmas songs. The White Elephant gift exchange as usual was lots of fun and provided a chance for folks to learn once again what is left and right.  We had a raffle with items from Mercedes Benz collection and Gayle Brewer entertained the group with a fun recitation of a Cajun Night before Christmas.  Jerry Chenault presented Gene Bennett with the Member of the Year Award for his contribution to our club in 2024. The food was delicious and as always, a good time spent with friends catching up and sharing.  We are looking forward to a fun year of activities and looking forward to seeing our friends in 2025.
